error code: WPC-1005 Spectrum NET TV down again

Are there any outages in the Ohio area?  This happens too often.  Asked to login, then receive this errror code.  What is the deal.

Getting same error on web app in Rochester NY,  Android and Roku app are missing channels below 101.

I get this error every time it snows. 

I live in Buffalo. 

Suffice it to say this app is effectively useless to me.

Good morning. 

If you are having problems with the Spectrum TV application only when there are weather issues that would point to a communication error caused by connection issues.  Are you able to login to your modem and view the logs? This will give us some information to go on as to why you are experiencing this.
