Uninstalled WIFI Finder, but still connecting to TWC APs

I recently uninstalled the WIFI Finder app.  However, no matter what, when my phones WIFI is on, it attempts to, and sometimes does, connect to TWC Wifi access points.  I do not want to connect to the TWC access points every time, sometimes I want to connect to a different WIFI accerss point.  I have tried forgetting TWC Access Points in an attempt to avoid connecting, but that has not helped.  Can someone suggest a fix to keep from automatically connecting to the TWC APs?

it's in the wireless adapter settings somewhere."connect to favorites or last used"... should be able to uncheck them and will then scan all and prompt  which one to use
