Sounds like some other people have had issues with TWC WiFi Hot Spots so I'll add my complain in too. About two weeks ago, the WiFi Hot Spot in my apartment building stopped working for my iPad. Funny thing is, more often than not, it'll work on my iPhone. Did everything I could for the iPad to work, yet nothing is taking:
Reset network settings - Nothing
Restored the iPad to factory settings - Nothing
Created a new sub-used on my TWC account - Nothing
Changed my password on my TWC account - Nothing
The WiFi works. I know this because it'll give me a free hour every day which works fine. The TWC WiFi finder app is worthless. I'll sign in to it and it'll either tell me my password is wrong, I don't have the required internet service, or that the network is down. I don't know where the WiFi box is and neither does the apartment leasing office folks. They didn't even know TWC put one in.
So, can anyone from TWC/Spectrum help at all before I take to social media? Thanks in advance!
