I got a new cable box, but now the app won’t connect to the new box.

Hi everyone,
I just got a new cable box today, but the Spectrum app will not connect to the box to control the guide. It also still shows the recordings on the Dvr associated with the previous box. I tried deleted the app and reinstalled it on my phone. Still nothing.

It can take up to 48 hours for this to "flow through" If you are still having issues after this we encourage you to contact support directly.
