Something weird has happened with my Spectrum TV app on my iPhone and iPad. When I start the app, I receive a message that “This device is not a DVR. We’ll pick the first DVR in your account.” When I try to access the guide, it says “The account holder has either blocked access to this feature or does not subscribe to an eligible video package. ICM-1007. (103).” I haven’t changed my account. Yes, my bill is paid up. Can anyone help?
