I cannot get my Spectrum APP on iPhone X w/ IOS 12.4 to work when connected to my home's wifi, keep getting IGE-9000 when I open the app after spinning circle for about a minute. On browser (https://watch.spectrum.net/) it just stays on spinning loop.
If I turn wifi off and put the phone on cellular data it logs in fine, but obviously do not get all my channels.
I'v restarted phone, uninstalled & re-installed app, etc..
Sorry to hear you are experiencing this.
When you were troubleshooting did you unplug your modem, and router if you are using one, and then reboot those? This often will correct that in home error.
