Since this morning, I’ve not been able to use my app. At first it said my password was wrong so I changed it and now this annoying message just pops up despite deleting and re downloading 4 times. Help please

iPad: Getting same IUC-9000 code on Spectrum app on iPad Pro in Temecula, CA. Spectrum app updated June 17 (v 6.13.1). Update states they "fixed an issue that sometimes makes on-demand unresponsive".
TV: Spectrum On-demand not working on TV - "Try again later". Otherwise, cable TV, and internet still working. Well, they were working, but I reset the cable box and it seems to be stuck at E-8 while initializing.
