Blue Banner

I keep getting a blue banner on my iPhone and iPad that will not go away . It says “ connect to in home spectrum WiFi” even though I am already connected

The app is not recognizing the home network.  I was able to locate your account information and for your account, you would need to contact Community Solutions at 855 -895-5302 for assistance with log in credentials.    I also provided a link to Community Solutions Support, that you may find helpful for this issue or in the future.
