I have Time Warner Standard TV service; however, I get an error message when I try to use the Roku TWC TV app. The error is "We apologize, but we cannot fulfill your request at this time. Please try again later." I tried about six times to connect to this app, but get the same message each time. The app was working very well until this morning. I can connect to NBC News (the first channel I tried after getting the error on the TWC TV app) and other content streams with no problems.
