Error RLC-1000 on Roku

Having trouble with the Spectrum App on Roku. After signing in, the error code RLC-100 keeps popping up. Internet connection is fine and all the other apps on Roku work. Not sure what to do?

Are you still having this problem? If so, please get back to us and let us know what troubleshooting steps you have taken.

Are you experiencing issues with other platforms?

Is the Roku hardwired or wireless? If wireless do you get this when hardwired? 


First step I would suggest is powercycling the cable box (If you have one) and your modem and router (if you have a separate router)
