App works on iphones and ipads, but fails to work on Samsing S9+ and tablet. App starts up but displays a blank video screen for the active channel, no matter of channel. Same behavior inside and outside the house (in home wifi or on cell network). No error message, just no video. All OS updates installed and location services are enabled for the app.
Welcome to the Forums! The Spectrum TV app requires a cable tv subscription. Blank video is usually an indication that there is not a video subscription associated with the log in credentials.
