My app says I have no dvr

I have the new soec guide wirld nic 2.0. Ever since I switched to that DVR, I can't see anything on the DVR from the app. Over called care, I've chatted with numerous people with no solution. What gives ? Any thoughts?

We apologize for any poor experience.  This is known issue and engineers are engaged in working on a resolution.  Please look for a future app update that will include a fix for this issue.
