So for the past week I have been getting this error code DGE-1001. I have read the other issues and posts but still see no definitive answer. Most are saying that you need to be connected to your network to receive full access. I have no access out side of home, however this is the reason I have the app; to watch on my device outside of home! Please let me know if there is something I need to do; or is the watch tv where you go just a deceptive sloagan?
DGE-1001 is an authentication error. On the Spectrum TV app, some channels are limited outside the home network. Are you getting the error only on specific channels?
