Why has this Spectrum TV app sound issue not been resolved

I recently purchased a Samsung smart TV after being told that the app would work better on it. It worked fine for about 3 days but I haven’t had sound for more than 2 weeks. I’ve tried reloading the app and rebooting my modem and router to no avail. Please fix this

While we have had some issue with the Samsung app the problem appears to be

related to your Internet connection. I was able to locate your account and am 

seeing T4 timeouts, some signal issues on your downstream and too many 

correcteds and uncorrectables.  This can cause a number of issues with connection

to the Internet and a variety of issues with streaming.
