While we have had some issue with the Samsung app the problem appears to be
related to your Internet connection. I was able to locate your account and am
seeing T4 timeouts, some signal issues on your downstream and too many
correcteds and uncorrectables. This can cause a number of issues with connection
to the Internet and a variety of issues with streaming.
