Spectrum App will not connect to DVR or Devices

Whenever I try to connect to my DVR from the Spectrum App I get this message(s) " We're sorry something didn't quite go right. Please try again later. DCM-1009 and this one 

Unable to Display Recordings

We're sorry, we're unable to display your DVR manager. Please try again later.
Try to schedule a recording
We're sorry,,we were unable to schedule this recording.
Please try again later. DCM-1502
 If I try to tune the TV or cast(?) I get this message
We're sorry, we're unable to tune your TV to this channel. Please try again later. (WCM-1000)
Its the same on any device I use PC or andriod phone
I have the new box Spectrum 210
