I have the exact same problem. Brand new Samsung smart TV. I can open the spectrum streaming on a computer but get the SUC-1107 error when I try to install the app on the Samsung. So frustrating.
The error message you are receiving is an authentication error. I was able to locate your account and it indicates that TV service was added 8/28. It can take up to 24 hours for our system to update and give access to the TV app.
