So I transferred my phone service from u.s. cellular to Spectrum mobile yesterday. I ported my same phone number. Now I am not able to get any mobile data service just stays connecting. I've been on the phone in in the store several times and no one can figure out what's going on why I cannot have mobile data service. My phone is a Galaxy S8. Wondering if anyone else ever had an issue with this.
Did you buy a new phone from Spectrum Mobile or did you bring an unlocked device to activate on their network?
