EARLY UPGRADE ISSUES

I've been dealing with this issue since March. First my account was not link to my new address. Someone erased all my info from my account DOB and S.S so now my account is flagged as fraud. I cant even upgrade one of my lines or even get my fourth line. It's been a hassle I've been calling to customer care and going to 3 different mobile stores. Still no help. Something needs to be done! 5 months!!!!! Dealing with these issues
