Can't log in to my spectrum (redirect loop)

This is my first and only account, opened about 13-16 days ago in Louisville ky. I can't log in on my browser or app, the browser will accept the user and password then go into a redirect loop placing me back at the login screen. The app shows a pop up stating "we're sorry, something did not work quite right, try again later." . I have tried cache clearing and different browsers.

There was an issue this morning with spectrum.net that may have impacted your ability to log in.  The issue has been resolved.  If you are still unable to successfully log in, we encourage you to contact support directly for further assistance and troubleshooting.
