My house is undergoing a remodel and my Charter Spectrum box has been disconnected and stored in the meantime.
We have moved to our beach house while the remodel is underway. HBO Go always worked at the beach house, but now I get an error message:
"We’re having trouble verifying your access to HBO GO with your TV provider. Your subscription package doesn't include HBO. To add this to your subscription package, give us a call at (855) 757-7328.(Message: QE12DCSN01)"
Help! I am paying for HBO, but not getting the service.
