i was ready for the ipv6 transition then twc/charter went an broke my sb6183

Smiley Sad  now i am sad so very sad and the sadness wont go away cuz i have to fork over another 150 bux for a super fast modem that twc broke on purpose Smiley Sad

 

 

any news on an updated firmware thats been out for a long time ?

Currently, we have no new information about approval and release of the firmware update for that modem to enable IPv6 functionality.  My apologies for any inconvenience.

Want a refund if you bought your SB6183 BFEORE the modified the modem compatiblity list?

I believe I did the contact form and they called me back.

You must have a reciept of when you bought the modem and proof that it was BEFORE they modified the compatibility list.
