IPv6 not working, TTL expired in transit.

Most of the websites on IPv6 are not working, this is what I m getting when I ping google

Turn off IPv6. the IPv4 dns is in collumbus at the OHRDC, the IPv6 one is in Texas on a congested path.

It's simply timing out

Can you tell by a traceroute where the connection is failing?  Is it on your upstream? Or farther in the path? 

 

And Ms Raye...IPv6 DNS will NOT cause this problem.   IPv4-only DNS servers are perfectly capable of returning AAAA records in most all cases, the the host will use the DNS replies it gets first,  The user is getting an IPv6 address - now he is getting TTL timeout.

Looks like a sick router in the TWC core - classic routing loop.   Too many hops to be your local node, and no XO transit addresses, so definitely TWC.

Looks like a possible configuration issue.Tell us modem/router & number pcs connected. Please provide the results from "ipconfig /all" as well.

 

Someone or something is specifying  this address to be your gateway 2605:a000:c02:fb::1

Looks like it has been fixed!, I can ping google now with reply.
