Changed WiFi Names, Older Listings Still Present

Good Day

I went to http://192.168.0.1/ and using the Arris online software changed the name of my 5ghz and 2.4ghz WiFi hotspot signals. After saving and applying these settings they do appear and list out on any device's WiFi settings. The issue I’m seeing is that the original two listings still appear as a selection option on all my devices. For example: MySpectrumWiFi08-2G. Any ideas how to delete these or why this is happening?! Never seen this before once such changes have been made. Thanks!

Re: Changed WiFi Names, Older Listings Still Present

That's a function of the actual device, not the router/AP.

For Apple devices, on the Wi-Fi page, select the "i" next to the network, and then select "Forget this Network".

Android should have a similar function.

Cheers.
