Remote won't change channels

When you press the up or down channel buttons on the remote, it goes to On Demand instead of changing the channel. How do we fix that?

Hello Nancy,

 

What's the make and model of the cable box?  And do you know if you are running the ODN Navigator Guide or New Spectrum Guide, or I-Guide?  On my box, when watching TV, you press Guide twice on the remote and than select either All Channels or Subscribed.  (I have the ODN Navigator Guide.)

 

Select one of those filters for the box you have and see if that resolves the issue.  In other words, don't select the On Demand filter in this regard.
