The guide and info is showing, but the picture is not. Was working fine Friday when we were at home. Went out of town for the weekend and it wasn't working on Sunday. Isn't working today, Monday, either.
Try a cold reboot of the box. Power off the box, and unplug the box for several minutes. Now plug the box back in, waiting for the time to show on the display. After the time shows, turn your TV and box on and check your picture.
If you still have no picture contact TWC to check your signal levels, and drop line, and possibly replace the box. Consider this as well, if the pictures goes blank again within the next few days.
