Humax DVR not connected

I have 3 Humax DVR boxes. When I view their status on line the status on all 3 boxes is "Not Connected" The boxes are working. Is there something not configured correctly?

Hi Steve,

 

If you have the New Spectrum Guide on those Humax boxes, remote DVR and service troubleshooting through the website is not available yet.  Neither is Caller ID on TV for people with New Spectrum Guide and World Boxes for those with landline phone service and CATV.

 

Spectrum knows about the issue and is working on a resolution.

 

On the other hand, if you have the ODN Navigator Guide on those boxes, remote services are offered through the ODN guide generally within 48 hours of the installed box.  Sometimes, 72 hours.  Caller ID on TV is offered on the ODN Navigator Guide, and that should activate within 24 hours of the box install.  IF you also have landline phone service from Spectrum.  If your box is working well, I would not worry about the remote programing.  You should never exchange a box that is working well, because you don't know what you are going to get as a replacement,
