Details to see on why TWC's cable TV Navigator boxes misbehaved?

Belated happy new year!

 

Since both Arris DCX3510M DVR and DCX3200M P3 have detailed diagnostics, what are the best ways to check in their Navigator software (where exactly) for details? I don't see any detailed logging except recording's which is useless for crashes, freezes, autoreboots, etc. Do cable boxes' detailed logs even exist?

Currently, Arris DCX3510M DVR is in its crash mode again from watching my in progress recorded The Orville S2E2, unable to tune live from any channels (VoD says error 105 too), etc. I'm able to see caller ID logs. I'd like to check the current status, statistics, etc. before doing a reboot/power cycle by Sunday to see anything interesting and odd. Any technical users know what to check in them?
