Caller ID on TV

I was a TWC customer in zip code 27215 and switch to a Spectrum and now caller id on TV does not work.  Tech came out and said that is not supported by spectrum. Is that really true. I am very hard of hearing and I depended on that to tell me when the phone was ringing. Help!

A couple of things on Caller ID on TV:

If you were given the new World Box (No Clock) in a legacy TWC market with the new Spectrum Guide, Caller ID on TV is not ready yet, but it's coming.  It just isn't supported on the new guide in legacy TWC markets at this time.

Caller ID on TV for supported boxes on guides requires Spectrum Cable TV and Spectrum Voice Service to work.

Caller ID on TV on supported boxes may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Re: Caller ID on TV

I have box - Humax HD: Spectrum 101-T and spectrum guide.  Can I get a different box and make this work? I really need this service.

Yes,

Until Caller ID on TV comes to Spectrum Guide in an update, you will need to swap your "No Clock" World Box for a box with a clock.  Than, with Spectrum Cable TV and Spectrum Voice, Caller ID on TV should activate within 24 hours.
