Spectrum Voice Problem Fixed After Turning Off Simultaneous Ring needed by the free NOMOROBO

Subject says it all.

My callers had to email me and say my phone wasn't ringing on their end, or it would maybe beep once. Very frustrating, after changing our cable modem, etc.

Once I turned off simultaneous ring, no more missed inbound calls.

You should still be able to receive calls with that feature turned on. We would be happy to look into this with you if you would like to contact support directly. Do you have trouble making calls or other problems with the phone service?

No other phone problems of any kind.

Download/upload speed is great, 4 Roku devices, several Echo Dots all running happily.

Spectrum app in Samsung TV runs great.

Service tech was already out to check levels and I'm happy with what I see at: 

http://192.168.100.1/cgi-bin/status_cgi

Panasonic cordless phone system in use here can block a total of 1,000 numbers.

Problem when completely away when I disabled simultaneous ring.

Failed with tewo different cable modems.
