Can't access VoiceZone

Anyone else able to access VoiceZone settings via their desktop/laptop?  It's been down the past 3 days for me.   Just wanted to know if it's an isolated issue or if others are experiencing the same issue?

Forgot to add that the message I get when trying to access VoiceZone settings is this:

We couldn't process your request.
You're not currently a Phone subscriber.

FYI, I'm a Spectrum VoIP subscriber. All is well there. Under voice status is says it's good with a green checkmark. My phone works fine too. I just can't access VoiceZone through my laptop.
