Call Forwarding errors

Have never had any problems setting up Call Forwarding with *72. Now *72 tells me I need to set this up via my account on the web. Fine.. I log in to set it and the web page also gives me another error:


"Error while updating.
We are unable to complete your request at this time due to a system error.
Please try again later.
Close this window"



I get a similar error with the mobile app.

This has been going on for some time. How can I set up Call Forwarding?
