Inside our company VPN, and using the proxies always worked with mail.twc.com url and still does. However, the new webmail.spectrum.net redirects to https://webmail.spectrum.net/mail/auth and it displays a red error message saying: ERROR for site owner:
Invalid domain for site key. The message is displayed indsde a "reCAPTCHA" box. This bhavior is in FireFox, Chrome and IE, so ALL browsers exhibit that behavior. If I'm outside the VPN, it works ok. Something needs to be done in the new url and the spectrum email.

Just want to report that as of today, the new url started working from inside our company VPN and proxies. The new annoying thing is that it asks to verify that I'm not a robot, which is very annoying when logging in!!. The old url of TWC does not ask that.
