iPhone Email Send

I believe there is an expired certificate on outgoing email server mobile-smtp.roadrunner.com because sending only works when I turn SSL off along with an error message related to  certificate expiration. This is a POP account and I've just noticed this problem recently.


Can a moderator get this to the correct people to repair?

If you will check your settings please and make sure this is what you have for the email. 


  • Username: Your full Spectrum email address
  • Password: Your Spectrum email password
  • SSL: On
  • Protocol: IMAP
  • Incoming Email Server: mail.twc.com
  • Port: 993
  • Outgoing Email Server: mail.twc.com
  • Port: 587
  • Requires Authentication: Yes, or checked
