Return Receipt

Is there a "return receipt" option in Spectrum email?  I want to track someone who constantly says they did not receive an email.  I can't find anything in the "Support" feature and Chat is not coming up.  can anyone answer my question and HOW to chose it.  Thank you.

Receipt options are usually email client based (Outlook, etc), and they're not usually supported outside a single domain (such as a single company).  They're also not retroactive, so that if the original message was sent without request for a return receipt, you can't ask for one after the fact.
