Note: Drafts require at least a recipient and a subject to be saved. You can have up to 3 drafts in progress at one time. To start a new draft, save one of the drafts in progress to the Drafts folder.
Spectrum offers 5GB of space. If you use a third-party email provider (i.e. Microsoft Outlook) to access Spectrum email, you have the option to “Leave messages on server.” This setting lets you check your email across multiple devices, but uses storage space as well. When the storage limit exceeds, you may be unable to send, receive or delete your emails. To prevent this, check your Spectrum email regularly and delete any unwanted emails.
Spectrum Email uses your browser’s spell-check program. Spell-check automatically identifies misspelled words and underlines them with a red line. You can enable or disable spell-check in your browser settings.
