Still not working.  I received the exact same message as one of the users above...

 

'Your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet Service Provider (ISP). The server responded: 554 p-impout001.msg.pkvw.co.charter.net cmsmtp nnn.nn.nnn.nn (my ip address) blocked AUP#CMDNS'

 

I have tried this a dozen times since I read your response with no luck.

I have been patient until today.  Over 3 weeks unable to send emails.  Contacting you through Facebook or Twitter is a joke.  I have set up a Gmail account, as soon as I move all my account information over I will be discontinueing service with Spectrum.
