No emails received in two days

I have not received emails on my roadrunner.com email address in two days. This is on my phone, laptop and on the webmail site. I have sent myself a test email from my work email and I get nothing. I can send emails just haven’t received any. No error messages or anything just stays as my last email received on Sunday the 14th. Not sure what the issue is.

Someone else had posted that their email was being auto-forwarded to some domain in China.  I recommend you look to see if you are suffering a similar fate.

Are you still using the website mail.twc.com or have you moved to the new webmail.spectrum.net?


For mail.twc.com the screens would be Settings>Forward Options settings.PNG

If you find that there is no forwarding I would encourage you to contact 

support directly.

Someone had gotten into my email and forwarded and deleted my emails. I fixed and reset my password. Thanks for the follow up.
