Someone else had posted that their email was being auto-forwarded to some domain in China. I recommend you look to see if you are suffering a similar fate.

Are you still using the website mail.twc.com or have you moved to the new webmail.spectrum.net?
For mail.twc.com the screens would be Settings>Forward Options
The Forwarding page looks like this
for the new you would see this page:
If you find that there is no forwarding I would encourage you to contact
support directly.
