Deleted two (2) Sub-Users

I deleted two (2) Sub-User Email addresses ovr 30 days ago and just checked  to find that they have not been deleted.

Read this:

When deleting a sub-user from the SelfCare portal, it can take up to 30 days for those to completely purge from the system.

from another starter thread and was wondering if this still applies?

Is the status active or pending delete?  The reason for the delay is that users often delete email accounts either in error, or later change their mind.  The delay is intended to be a built in buffer to give the option to retrieve an account.

The status is pending delete.

Thanks.  If you contact us in a private message at Forums_Help, we can delete the sub-account for you.  When contacting us, please confirm the account number, name on the account, address and the sub-account you would like deleted.  Once the action is completed, we will contact you by replying to your private message.
