Couple questions: Are you accessing Spectrum webmail directly, or using an email client? Are you set up using IMAP or POP?
Thanks. When you use a POP, a copy of the email is downloaded to the device and, if you choose, a copy is left on the server. If you delete the email on one device it is not synchronized with the server or other devices. A copy of the email remains.
Sounds like what you want is IMAP. It works better for managing the same email on multiple devices. With IMAP, the server synchronizes with all devices and you see the same thing on all devices. If you move or delete an email in one place, the email is moved or deleted on all devices.
