I have been using a seconday e-mail for about 15 years or more but just about never log on to the main e-mail acount. Then about 15 days ago I could no longer access my email and we got a card in the mail that said it was reset due to some unusual activity and that we should reset the password.
We have been trying to reset it, when can get to the reset point then get an error saying it can't be reset to contact support.
How can we fix this problem?
Having the same problem. I have spoken with support 4 times and they say they are going through an "upgrade" and passwords can't be set right now. That was about 2 weeks ago. The last time I talked with them they said they would expedite it and I should hear something within 24 hours. That was 4 days ago.
