Not so long ago (about 9 months) I was able to send emails from Thunderbird through RoadRunner TW without disconnecting my VPN. Now I must disconnect the VPN then send my email then re-connect.
My VPN says they haven't changed anything and have whitelisted Spectrum.
Does anyone know how I can fix this? So MANY problems with them switching to Spectrum.
Thank you for any light you can shed on this because it's very frustrating.
Just wanted to give some constructive feedback. The new webmail interface, while it looks nice, is slower than the old interface. When deleting email it takes a long time to update my list of emails. The trash number increases but the emails I just deleted are still there in the list. I haven't found a way to get rid of the preview once I've clicked on an email to read. There is no way to make the columns smaller.
I agree, they certainly didn't do enough testing on this. I have the same issue with deleting or moving emails. If I put a check mark in a few emails and then click delete or move and answer yes it goes back to the main email list but it is not really done deleting or moving the emails yet. If I click on another email it will delete or move that one too. The other problem I have is when I try to look at an email the preview comes up blank about 90% of the time. I have always show images checked and have switched back and forth between HTML and text but it doesn't matter. You need to go back to the old interface. It was very slow but at least it only had 1 problem.
I am having the same slow non-responsive issues with the new web interface. When a task is performed such as advancing pages or deleting emails I get no response.. I see no movement of the screen. it's like everything just stalled . Than the issued command might update in a flash making it almost impossible to determine if anything as changed. My Iphone mail app seems to be working OK.. Or is it that spectrum didn't get a chance to screw this up yet? PLEASE RETURN TO THE PREVIOUS INTERFACE.
It's still slow, but I did figure out how to remove the emails I deleted from the Inbox list. I had to refresh the page. However, since I have to do this for every page, this is not a viable solution. Has anyone heard anything from an actual Spectrum employee?
In the last 3 months I've received more spam than I have in my life!
I've had RoadRunner for over 10 years and nary a problem.
I'm receiving all this spam and am trying to block the senders but it says,
"Unable to save Blocked Senders."
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thank you.
