I think there are 1 or more email servers that have had their SSL certificates expire and occasionally my Outlook email client sees that and complains. I don't like tell it to go ahead and use an expired certificate because it could be an actual bogus server I'm getting connected to.
@Julia_R It may be time to create a dedicated address for email issues and team of company responders, similar to what Spectrum already uses for routing and resolution of WiFi hotspot issues. Something along the lines of "Email.Issues@Spectrum.com" might do the trick.
