I use Spectrum Business Class email through Microsoft Outlook. Recently, I have been receiving the following error when I send emails through Microsoft Outlook:
552 5.2.0 ESMTP server not available AUP#O-1450
I can, however, reply to emails that have been sent to me, but I cannot send new emails. I am able to send emails via the Spectrum Business Class email website (mail.twcbc.com). I do not receive any errors when I send emails through the website.
Any help out there?
