My toshiba voip works intermittently with spectrum internet. The phone will be working for a couple of minutes then will turn off. After it turns back, message will say "trying primary server" or "server not found."
Need assistance in troubleshooting.

A good place to start is to ensure that SIP/ALG is disabled on the modem/router. Typically, this setting is enabled by default. If the issue is not resolved, we encourage you to contact support directly for further assistance and troubleshooting.

Thanks for the advice. I spoke to the tech. support and told me to exchange my Sagemcom router to an Askey router. Since the sagecom have no access to disable the SIP/ALG per tech support.
