speed issue

I am having trouble with my internet speeds, I am on the ultra plan which is 120mbps and 12 mbps upload speed, theses are errors I am getting on my netgear cm600 modem?

What speeds are you actually getting?

Are you testing direct wired to modem?

80 down may be correct via wireless...  Are you seeing 12 up?

Need to see the signal level and error log with it being up for a few hours.

the signal levels are

his field below allows you to modify the frequency the cable modem start with its scan during initialization and registration. Enter the new start frequency and restart the cable modem for it to take effect.

T3-4's aren't good, they're  indicating coaxial dropouts/ interference of some sort but levels look ok.

 Look in your router, see if there's QOS turned on, or streaming media optimization.... That will make a speedtest appear slow.

 Also other devices running sync, cloud, onedrive, dropbox will hoard bandwidth.

See if you're getting correcteds/ uncorrecteds a few hours after a reset.
