i need a tech to check the line outside and remove the splitter they added cua i aint payin cable for them so can you please send a tech out to check the line ?

*We* are just helpless subjects to the TWC king like you are; you'll have to call to have *them* send out techs.
If you're saying someone illegally split cable to steal it, there's a number specifically for that; get it off the TWC website.
You can actually upload the pictures as well.

ok i waitied till this morning to take the pic hopin they wold be gone for the day but nope i looked out the window an the my cable box was open again heres the pics

i removed that old rusty splitter an tried to close the box anyway u can send a teck out to lock the box i dont wanna pay 100 bux every month n have them get free cable
the blue connector sure doesn't look like what twc's using.. The black ones with the knurled nuts are though.
Is that cable or is someone trying to build an electromagnet?
Call the TWC hotline for this, let them handle it and clean up that mess and put a lock on it (a serialised tab that shows if it's been cut/opened).
That mess in there is just going to make your signal worse...kinks damaging the cable, ungrounded splitters, connections not horizontal to prevent water ingress...
Seriously, let TWC handle it...but you have to call them...nobody here can do anything about it; we're just users like you!
