modem restarts every hour

I have several devices connected to an Arris TM1602.  Iphones and Wii connect without trouble.  PC laptops connect without trouble.  But when I use my Macbook Pro, the modem resets itself, sometimes every hour.  Contacted TWC, who came out and tested the line - no problems.  Replaced the modem with the same kind, and the problem persists.  Reading other forums, it seems there's something amiss in how the modem is set up.  I'm not a tech-type person, so any advise would be appreciated.  Here's the event log:

Need to see the signal level page, the issue is the T3 and T4 errors.

Levels look ok. Problem seems to be whatevers causing the T3's and resets

The MacBook is possibly defaulted to run IPv6, while the TM1602 EMTA modem with VoIP uses IPv4.
