What does this activity mean? Sagemcom 5280 Router Error Logs

I keep getting these errors in the log. Is it something to be worried about?

Re: What does this activity mean? Sagemcom 5280 Router Error Logs

Your Sagemcom network gateway (combined modem + router + WiFi) defaults to scanning for available unoccupied wireless channels.  To reduce interference when using the 5 GHz band it also looks for users on adjacent channnels too.  The message you see indicates that a signal is being detected near the currently selected 5 GHz wireless channel.  The scan mode also creates problems when you try to use a Wi-Fi-only printer on your home network, because the printer won't know which WiFi channel to use when you turn it on each time.  You should complain about this issue to your consumer electronics store where you bought the WiFi-only printer.

These status messages should go away if you select a specific WiFi channnel in each band, instead of leaving the WiFi set to use the scan function.  The exception would be if you live near an airport that uses radar in the nearby 5.4 GHz frequency window.  Unfortunately there's no fix for that environment short of physically moving away from the radar location.
