Re: Upstream Bonded Channels

Are you sure there's not another splitter in the outside box? Are there more than a line from the pole and another into the attic and a ground wire going into it?

Re: Upstream Bonded Channels

I think they did split it at theoutside box, to run to my tv downstairs and my internet/tv upstairs.  There's nothing I can do about that is there?  I'll need them I figured.

Re: Upstream Bonded Channels

splitterHow do I post an image?  I cant find an upload option.  It has the exact same splitter outside that was upstairs in my attic

Re: Upstream Bonded Channels

you're going to need twc out, 2-2 ways or a 4 way won't cut it, you are too close to the edge for reliable operation.

modem needs to be on the first 2 way or TWC needs to replace both with -2 -6 dB directional couplers or put in an amp somehow.

They really need 3-5 dB more out at the pole.

Needs twc out

Re: Upstream Bonded Channels

before you call twc, put the upstairs splitter back in line so they see the marginal US levels
